I live in Longcreek Plantation in Blythewood with my wife of 20 years and our four incredible children. I have 17 years of real estate experience and I’m passionate about going above and beyond for my clients! I have an MBA from Texas A&M University with an emphasis in marketing. How do you determine the price for my home to be able to guarantee it sells in 30 days?

You do! I will provide a comparative market analysis (comp report) that will use recent sales data to show what I believe your home will sell for. You can use that information to set your own listing price! If a client wants to list their home over comp value, then I’m still willing to list the home, but we may tweak the guarantee so that I’m not taking on too much risk for what I’m able to offer!

How does the commission work if I buy and sell with you?

If you sell your home with me, I charge a 1.5% commission. If you then buy a home and the seller is willing to pay a 2.5% commission to the buyer’s agent, then I’ll rebate the additional 1% to you, offsetting the cost of selling your home! Here’s an example:

You sell your home for $300,000 and pay me a $4,500 commission. You then buy a $350,000 home and the seller offers a 2.5% commission. I would keep 1.5% of that and rebate the remaining 1% ($3,500) back to you! This means you’re only out of pocket $1,000, compared to another agent that might charge you 2.5% ($7,500) with potentially no rebate on the buy side.

I'm buying a home out of state. Is there still a financial incentive for me?

YES, and it’s very simple! If you buy a home with another real estate agent and allow me to get you connected with that agent, I will collect a referral fee from that agent and put that towards the commission you pay me on the sales side!
